With Modern Warfare 2 now backwards compatible, every Cod game on Xbox 360 is currently backwards compatible on Xbox One. If you already own the game on Xbox, pop it in to the disc drive and become playing.
The timing on this announcement calls into wonder if the rumored remaster will still see a release. Earlier this year, numerous rumors began pouring out that Activision that will release Cod: Cod : mw2 Remastered. However, reports became confusing concerning who’d develop it and irrespective of whether it will support the multiplayer component. No new information concerning a remaster has surfaced since last spring.
